Scope of application: applicable to S13, triangular iron core vacuum annealing heat treatment; Relieve stress and reduce iron loss. Charging form: charging on the hopper car, with a maximum charging capacity of about 5.0 tons.

Process operation flow: the charging car is loaded, the feeding and discharging mechanism is sent into the heating chamber, the furnace door is closed and locked, the vacuum pump is started, the furnace shell is respective ly cooled by water (the cooling water flow is manually adjusted), and the temperature is increased, maintained, and the rate is decreased according to the preset process curve; After the rate cooling is completed, close the vacuum pump and electric valve, automatically fill nitrogen, water the heat exchanger, start the circulating cooling fan to cool evenly and quickly to the process temperature, close the circulating cooling fan, cut off water, open the furnace door, and the feeding and discharging mechanism pulls the discharge truck to discharge, and the furnace is completed and continuous production is carried out.
