Vapor phase drying (VPD) plant is used for heating and vacuum drying of transformer, windings or other active part in the autoclave by means of kerosene vapor.

The Vapor phase drying process is carried out in the autoclave with the built-in cascade evaporator using advance vapor phase drying process sequence i.e. heating up phase, intermediate pressure reduction phases, pressure reduction phase, fine vacuum phase and aeration phase. The plant is offered with a cascade evaporator system.
