The amorphous alloy core cutting line is mainly used for automatic cutting and stacking of amorphous alloy transformer cores. The production line adoptsPLCControl, servo drive, touch screen operation, and equipped with high-precision mechanical conveying mechanism, with high automation, high production efficiency, high reliability and other characteristics.

1.The uncoiler is compact in structure, driven by independent machinery, variable frequency and stepless speed regulation, and has the function of automatic tracking control. The three sets of decoilers can be operated independently or in conjunction with cutting and automatic stacking systems.

2.AC servo system is used for high-precision preset length feeding.

3.The shearing machine adopts a high-power servo motor to complete cutting through a speed change mechanism and a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism. The hard alloy cutting tool has long service life.

4.The advanced touch screen operation man-machine interface is adopted to facilitate the setting of parameters, the selection of plate shape and size, and the monitoring of production line operation.

5.The structure of the production line is simple and reasonable, and a large number of standard parts are adopted, which is convenient for maintenance and upgrading.
