The horizontal assembly fixture plays a vital role in assembling the radiator panel assembly to the header. After the panels are placed in the rack fixture on the automatic stacker, the rack fixture is inserted into the horizontal assembly fixture. One end of the jig is manually adjusted to accommodate the length of the entire assembly, while the other end acts as a hydraulic press, securely positioning and holding the entire assembly for tack welding.

After assembly, it is required to weld the panel to the headerMIGWelder. These mobile welders are equipped with approx.200-250AWith a special long nozzle, the welding between panels can be carried out effectively. It is the customer's responsibility to design the welding fixture according to their own needs and welder safety. It is strongly recommended that this welding be carried out by a qualified welder.
