This Radiator Automatic Production Line was developed by absorbing the advanced technology at home and abroad. The whole production line consists of automatic de-coiler, rolling forming machine, Automatic Fins closing machine, multi-spot welder, double side seam welder, end welder, Rolling Shearing machine, end shearing machine, Leveling&Trimming Machine, Unloading Machine and related Conveying Frame etc. It can produce 520mm width (or customized), center distance of 500mm-3000mm radiators. With high automation and good forming quality, its performance has reached the level of similar advanced foreign products.

The movement of equipment is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC), and the process length of each part of the workpiece is controlled by the encoder. PLC simultaneously controls press machine and uncoiler equipment. You simply need to touch the screen to input the product parameter of width, length and quantity, then the production line can be automatically produced according to your requirements, after completing the pre-set quantity, the line will stop automatically.

The production line can be used on-line or also available separately, Our automatic radiator (for transformer) production line mainly absorbed, improved & updated the European technology and design. Standard structure of Rolling Forming Machine has double rollers to produce one type size: 520,. The roller structure is detachable. You can roll form other width radiators only by changing a pair of rollers.
