It process the lamination of yoke, leg, center leg and etc. The equipment adopts the automatic control system, operation easily, high automation and precision. Its manufacturing quality directly affects the performance and operation of transformer. The processing technology of the core, the composition of the production of the core cutting line, the operation method, the precision adjustment, the flatness of the silicon steel sheet, the shearing precision, the burr tolerance and so on all have certain influence on the core shearing machine.

Features Of Core Cutting Line
This model machine is specialized equipment for production of the core of transformer.
It consists of 2 shearing station and 1 V-notching and 1 punch holing to process the lamination of yoke, leg, center leg and etc. It can punch 2 bolting holes on each single sheet simultaneously.
It is easy to operate automatically and fine accuracy with AC servo motor, PLC, and touch screen.
The feeding device utilizes servo system to make sheets width and positioning automatically.
Stacking utilize servo system positioning to increase the stacking accuracy. It makes the sheets stack automatically with magnetic belt powered by servo motor. It has the features of easy maintenance, less floor space and etc.
The capacity of production per year is 600MVA for distribution transformer in 2 shifts.
