This equipment is a specialized slitting line device that processes aluminum strip and copper strip into the required width through high-speed precision slitting. Suitable for 0.25_2.0mm thickness , 1250mm width material processing. Only the thread need manual operation, other operation is full automatic running .

The main working host of aluminum strip slitting line is consists of four main mechanisms: decoiler, precision disc cutter, pressure plate tension generating station, and winding device.

During operation, the feeding mechanism of the aluminum foil is in an active feeding state. The aluminum strip material enters the loop pit through the unwinding process and is guided laterally into the disc cutter to be cut into strip materials. During the slitting process, the waste edges are quickly collected into rolls by the waste edge coiler.

The slit strip material is buffered by a loop and enters the tension station through two sets of separation devices. The required winding tension is established through the tension device and the coiler to prevent collapse after winding. Finally, the unloading mechanism unloads the material roll from the receiving shaft to the discharge trolley and transports it out.

The three main machines of this equipment,namely feeding, cutting, and receiving, automatically coordinate during operation, without causing any stretching action on the sheet metal, thus preventing the stretching deformation of the coil material on this equipment.

At the same time, during slitting, the sheet metal is in a free cutting state, without any shear deviation phenomenon; The tension generation station of this equipment can generate balanced and adjustable tension between each belt to ensure the necessary tension for different sheet materials during feeding, while also effectively ensuring the relative tightness of each belt roll; This device has a fixed length cutting function. When the device slit to a predetermined length or reaches the tail material, it will automatically and uniformly slow down.

If there is no material, it will automatically stop until the speed reaches zero. Then, it will automatically or manually operate the button to cut the rolls.
